The way it works is that visitors of the site submit shirt designs and then other visitors to the site rate the submissions. The submissions with the highest raitings are manufactured and the end result is some really cool shirts! Whether you are looking for a shirt that is artistic, funny, a shirt that has graphics or text, for a boy or a girl, man or woman you can find it here.
